How to cancel reservations

If your plans change and you need to cancel a reservation, Skipperi makes it easy to do so through the app. Follow these steps to cancel your booking:


Step 1: Open the Skipperi App

  1. Launch the Skipperi app on your mobile device.
  2. Log in to your account, if you haven’t already.

Step 2: Access Your Upcoming Reservations

  1. Tap on the ‘Reservations’ tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Find and select the reservation you wish to cancel.

Step 3: Cancel the Reservation

  1. After selecting your reservation, tap on the ‘Cancel’ button.
  2. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you want to cancel your reservation. Confirm the cancellation.

Step 4: Review the Cancellation Policy

Please note the following when cancelling a reservation:

  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, a late cancellation fee may apply. See fee list here - Skipperi Price List
  • Full Refund: Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a late cancellation fee.
  • No Show: If you don’t show up or fail to cancel within the specified timeframe, you may be charged for the full reservation. If this happens twice, you’ll be charged a No Show/Late Cancellation fee on the second offense.

Step 5: Receive a Confirmation

Once your cancellation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation notification from the app and an email confirming that your reservation has been cancelled.
